Canoe Rides will be available for ages 8 and up, for younger children we will have john boat rides.

Fish n’ Fun Rodeo

Fish n’ Fun Rodeo – for kids to test their fishing skills. Live trout can be caught and released into the South River!

Toilet Toss

This year instead of having the traditional corn hole game we are welcoming the City with their “Toilet Toss” game. Players score by getting “bag” on or in the toilet. 1 point is given for landing on the toilet and 3 points for landing in “the hole”. First child player to get to 11 points wins and older/adult player scoring 21 points wins. A small prize will be given to the winners.

Programs and activities start at 10am and continue throughout the day.

This FREE annual event takes place river-side at Constitution Park South in Waynesboro, VA. Activities include Reptile World shows, Stream Safari, presentations by the Wildlife Center of Virginia, Fish and Fun Rodeo, Farmer’s Market, canoe rides, kids arts & crafts, Stream electro-fishing with DGIF and is capped off by the … Great South River Duck Race!!
